85 GSL for Sale in My Neighborhood

Hey guys, there is an 85 GSL for sale in my neighborhood. Guy is asking $1000 for it. Story is he has too many and needs to sell. When he bought it, it had been previously stolen with missing interior and hood. He replaced the missing parts from a donor car. Supossedly has new engine and clutch but he is having trouble with the idle, he thinks it's the carb and has a few spares that could go with it. Says he may have to donate it to the church, etc soon if no one buys it. Quick glance looks like a nice body with no major rust. He (and I) are thinking it would make a great resto or spec-7 car. Oh yeah, interior looked good too. If you wan't some pics let me know and I'll snap some with the digital camera and mail them to you. Car is located in San Diego. Hopefully someone can save this seven!
