Okay So I need to get some longer bolts or shorter bolts? Ofcourse get the same thread pitch and all. Whats wrong with the bolts that are on there now?

You need shorter if using a blockoff plate. Some people forget and use the old ones that are too long.

Oil pan bolts are too short. Their threaded section is usually the same as the thickness of the block off plate. Something in between is perfect. I'm trying to think which bolts are common enough that you'll have two spares but are also the correct length...

Another choice is to cut the stock bolts are space them out with a stack of washers or thread a nut on first...

rebuild or go with the RA OMP adapter. I got the pineapple racing dvd, and it was awesome. took about 20 minutes, and the gasket is very nice (I've taken the OMP off and re-installed it 3 or 4 times and haven't ripped it. It's a plastic-ish material)
