81 RX-7 for $100, with back seat.

Ok, my friend bought an 81 GS (I think) a while ago for like $300. It only had 60K or something on the odo, and it runs good, but it has an oil leak on top of the engine, I dont know what its from. Mabe the injector lines are just off and he never noticed? Also, when he got it, he thought the clutch was bad because it was slipping. Well, then something happened and he couldnt shift anymore. Well I heard through the grape vine that a mechanic told him it was the master cylinder, and I saw him driving it, so I dont know if he replaced it, or just is driving without a clutch? Also, when I rode in it, it had a weird vibration from the rear end, almost bass like. Really low and constant with the cars speed. Its not an LSD either. Well, dispite the mechanical problems, the car has black interior, the dash and all surrounding (shifter area, stereo, arm rest in the middle, etc) are in great shape, the passenger seat is in mint condition, the drivers is pretty messed though, the door panels are kinda rough but theyre all there, and it has a matching black back seat. Well the other day he was driving it and someone ran right into the passenger front fender. Its pretty rough off, but he told me that hed sell it for about $100. I kinda want it, just so I can swap interior pieces around and stuff, and I could sell the seat, and maybe the engine, use the manual windows in my car, and anything else I deem that I want, but I dont know. Anyone think this might be a good idea? anyone in the local arear that might want the car? The fender isd the only body part messed up. The door, headlight, and hood are fine, believe it or not. But the wheel is missing a big chuck, the tire is off the rim, the A-arm ( i think thats what its called) is crushed accordian style, the strut is folded over the wheel, etc. Anyway, thanks for any advise.

what kind of shape is the back seat ??i'm interested
in the back seat.

Id say its an 8 out of 10, only because of minor rips on the part of the seat where you actually sit. But, to get the seat, either you have to buy the car, or I have to buy it and sell you the seat. And I dont plan on buying it really...It would be nice, but I already have 4 sevens, and my Step-Mom wouldnt let me have a second non-functional car around (the other is an 84 GSL parts car).
