48mm weber on 12a 4port
 

I took my 48mm from the injured 13b and bought a 12a ida down draft intake
and need info on what jets i need to look for.

is it going to a 13-B motor or 12-A. title is ok but not the description. stop snorting the gas fumes coz u got me confused. LOL

is going in to a 12a

37 chokes
180 main
150 air corrector
70f10 idle 100 idle air corrector
300 needle
e-tubes f3

this is just a start. from here you need a wideband and some knowhow of how the carb works to get it perfect.

what I have in mine right now and needs some tuning to get it running right:

yeah! I have a vw shop down the rd that popular for webers, but don't think they would know
about rx7 but I think that as long as I have the right numbers they wuold be able to twik it right!

Change the F3 e-tube to F11 e-tube and it should run allot better. F-3 tube must run like a pig in the bottom end....

I have a question tho, is there any major change if I use a 200 needle instead of a 300 needle on a stockport 12a ?

I looked at the http://www.racingbeat.com/PDF/webercomponents.pdf and didn't see a jet setting for a 12a stock block is there any?
n0ferz is that the settings you got? can you give me those numbers?

There isn't a specific setting for each application, I have got many suggestions from wackyracer, ultimatejay, hyper, etc on what settings I shold 'begin' playing with, you will need to buy multiple jets so you can tune your car to its full potencial.

Depende como este tu motor, que exhaust tu tengas y todo eso. Con 1 solo juego de jets no vas a poder ponerlo 100% perfecto.

Mis settings te los puse mas arriba y asi es como lo tengo ahora mismo el carro y se mueve pero todavia le falta mas tuning:icon_tup:

yo estoy buscando los kits para los diferentes seteos y no estar esperando a que me llegen
de a cada rato! pero any way estoy tereminando el body kit pa dejarlo en primer pa' pintarlo

papa' se me crusaron los ojos con esas pajinas, tu no tienes the part # de las piezas tuyas
porque lo que pasa es que me estoy dejando llevar por como lo tienen escrito y cuando
entre en eso web sites pues piezas que estan en decimales y sobre el proyecto tengo que
terminar este 1ro y entonses le meto mano al otro, lo que tengo del otro proyecto es el motor
y los rotores y la starlet esta en washington! pero cuando salga del rebolu de crisma y de
despedida de ano como para enero o febrero si Dios lo permite!
