4 speed drive shaft will it work on a 5 speed?
 

Just like the title says. Im selling a driveshaft from a 4 speed and the buyer has a 5 speed and wants to know if it will work with his car.

I didn't know they came with 4spd trannys unless your talking about a 4spd automatic. They won't swap from auto to manual transmissions, the shafts are different lengths.

The 4 speed is coming off an 80, im not sure what year its going on. Let me e-mail him and then I will get back to you.

Yeah they made 4 speed manuals threw 82' I think.



an 80' driveshaft will fit any 7 from 79-82, regardless if it's a 5-speed, 4-speed, or auto.
