2nd gen springs on 1st gen front struts?
 

Has anyone every tried? Do they fit? Are they any shorter? They are much more abundant is why I'm asking...

Or how about 2nd springs on 2nd gen struts on a 1st gen. ooohhh trippy.

have a look in the FSM, it gives you the lengths... off the top i'd say the FC ones are gonna be longer, but i dunno

They look identical in design. Spiraling conical shape. The height may be different. I was thinking If the will mount on the 1st gen struts that you would have more options as far as spring rate and ride height. You could also find cheaper ground controls.

yeah you could just use the 2.5" eibachs with the stock strut tops, they come in just about any length and rate you can think of.
