13b rough on startup
 

when i turn the key the car feels rough for the split second that i have the key turned...after that the car seems fine...idle is smooth and she runs strong...

now here are some factors that i'm not sure if its causing the issue...

1. its cold out...about 25 degrees outside
2. my OMP recently broke...i've been premixing about 1oz/gallon
3. i recently took the upper intake out to clean up
4. the fusible link is kinda loose...this started today...i got stuck...the car was dead...then jiggled the fusible links and blip! the car turned on...

could any of those be a factor in this or are my apex seals days numbered?

Probably just the starter. Mine did the same when it was dying. Sping the engine by hand to see if the engine is grinding. I also bought the 8 tooth starter vs the 11 tooth $60 difference at my local parts store, no issues yet. You could also check the battery connections but I would bet its the starter.

Should be Spin the engine by hand- grab ahold of the ac belt and pull (take it out of gear though)
