For a 12a or 13b? Help

I got this intake spacer in a rx I just bought. I have some intake manifolds laying around but can seem to match it up with a 12a or 13b intake manifold? It just about fits the 12a manifold but there are two bolt holes that are just off center. Can anyone help?

Looks like it's for a 12a. Drill the holes out if it doesn't fit. Maybe a 4-port 13b???

Is it worth fooling with? What would it do for performance?

They add volume to the manifold plenum's / runners. and allow the Air fuel mixture to mix more evenly.

...it's not worth it...just send it to me in the mail....:)

Yes it's worth it.

It's nothing but an adaptor. Looks like it's for running a 12A intake on an old 13B. It won't do anything in terms of performance.

Well carb spacers and TB spacers help performance, so why wouldn't one directly on the manifold help? Not saying it'll add a noticeable difference, but it should do something.
