Wanting or Needing 1985 GSL-SE Black Door Panels

Hi Everyone,

I have an 1985 GSL-SE and am in need of Driver Side Door Panel Black would be better since my interior is all black... If anyone on here knows someone else that may have this please PM me... Am in Arkansas the closer you are to me the better as long am within driving distance I will personally pick it up... Have passenger side driver side was purchased from another GSL-SE that had no driver side window and panel took in all kinds of weather beyond damage to try and fix would not hold shape at all... Please would like it if someone could help me out in this area... I understand that door panels for our first gen are completely hard to come by but if for some reason you decide to eliminate yours or know where I can get them at PM me... Thanks Guys!

Black was not a factory interior color in 1984/1985. Are you sure it's black and not grey?

TainoCo 07-30-12 08:09 PM

Dont know if it was factory or not but all my interior pretty much stock but the seats and its all black door panels I had found came from an all stock gsl-se and they were black including dash and floor... as far as factory colors am not so sure... do you have gsl-se door panels I can use???

NEVER SEEN a black interior on an 85 SE think you might have a 83 interior swap can you post some pictures door panels are different from an 85 SE dark gray to a 83 black interior...

All my panels are brown so im no help.

Here is a whole GSL SE lol. Looks to to maybe be gray. Worse case you could dye/paint the panels.

I believe that is the gray interior they are referring to.. not sure, as I'm red, and have only seen another red, blue, and Brown interior FB before. Looks good though, I like it

This is the only set I'm willing part with. Im keeping the others for spares. They are from an 85 SE and have the leather inserts.
The drivers side trim around the pocket is broken, both have speaker holes cut in them (easy patch if you are reupholstering them, or throw some small speakers in them. All clips are in place also.

Shoot me an offer.

I have a grey set, I am planning on go doing aluminum skins where the panel were. They are about a 6 out of 10, pull handle area has slight tearing on the arm rest pad and driver's side cup is shit.

Your door panel is a stock dark grey 84-85 GSL-SE door panel.

I know because I have the exact same ones.

While I won't part with them, I *do* have a set of dark grey 84-85 GSL door panels that are available. The main difference is in the panel insert; the GSL panels for those years are a lighter grey cloth, with a horizontal pattern.

If you're interested I can send pics.

Thanks for the Panels
