Staggered Rota RB in 16 inches

Hi guys

I saw in another thread that this guys http://www.18racing.com/wheel_rb_mazda_rx7.html were selling rota rbs in 16 inches, staggered 16x7 16x8 in 4x110

Has anybody seen pics of a first gen with this wheels in this setup?

I was unable to find anything....

There's a pics sticky thread at the top of this section as well as a wheel pics thread in the tech section on page two or three. Might want to look there. First gen's look great with 17's and low pros if the car is lowered properly, I'm sure 16's would look good too. I just order a set of those in 15X8, should be pretty.

the link in my sig has plenty of pics with the Rota's we've run em for years, they look good... and we only break em when we hit stuff.

if you look closely the wheel mario is holding still has the brake rotor and wheel bearing hub in it... car was only 3 seconds a lap slower on 3 wheels too, FWD the rear wheels really don't do much

Those wheels are actually pretty light...

Wow, that's a really nice Z.

It's been his project for the last 10 years or something. Dyno'd 399 hp and 404 ft/lbs of torque on a L28 with a turbo kit.

I personally just love a good looking 240z and the occasional 280z, like the one in this picture.

Hi there, I actually bought a set of the 17" Staggered 7.5" & 8.5" ,but again the problem is the offset that is needed for it to work on the 1st gen (gsl-se). When I mounted the rear rim (8.5") in the back, it is sticking out like almost 1.5" from the fender lip. Decided to just offer up the 7.5" to see the possibilites....its a better fit.. The indicated offset on the rear rim is 25 and the front rim is 20. So, I am in a quandary as to what move I should make. Any advice on the offset I need to use in order for it to work on the car would be greatly appreciated...

Post some pics of the rims on the car so we can see just how much the rear sticks out.
