Rats Nest Removal Problems
 

I removed the rats nest according to the tutorial on the website a few months ago. Ever since I have not been able to tune the carb to run proper ratios. It is so rich that it almost dies and stumbles routinely. Any tips from members who have faced this issue? Thanks in advance

According to your signature, you have an 83 with the 12a still in it.
