I should double my 85GSL asking price!
A few months ago I offered my fine 85GSL with 80k miles for a measly $1900 and had no takers. Now this bozo with non-original 85GS isn't happy at $3200.

You're always going to do better on Ebay than a site for enthusiasts. I paid $3k for my 85 GSL-SE w/ 68k miles on it. I did better than Ebay, well mine wasn't on Ebay, the owner could have gotten a lot more for it on Ebay.

good thing you didnt tell him that

Sure, maybe you will get more on ebay. But the thing is that he did not get 4k for the car. I would say it is worth about half that. Must have been a massive fat dude to crush the seat that way after only 49k miles. |
My 85GSL is so nice I was originally just trying to find a worthwhile owner for it, without consideration to the $4k I put into it. But now I'll go for recovering at least part of the investment.

yeah ask more, we've noticed that people cant figure out a good deal, but they just buy the expensive one instead, weather its good or not
