I should double my 85GSL asking price!

A few months ago I offered my fine 85GSL with 80k miles for a measly $1900 and had no takers. Now this bozo with non-original 85GS isn't happy at $3200.

It's eBay for me from now on.

You're always going to do better on Ebay than a site for enthusiasts. I paid $3k for my 85 GSL-SE w/ 68k miles on it. I did better than Ebay, well mine wasn't on Ebay, the owner could have gotten a lot more for it on Ebay.

Sure, maybe you will get more on ebay. But the thing is that he did not get 4k for the car. I would say it is worth about half that.

Must have been a massive fat dude to crush the seat that way after only 49k miles.

My 85GSL is so nice I was originally just trying to find a worthwhile owner for it, without consideration to the $4k I put into it. But now I'll go for recovering at least part of the investment.

yeah ask more, we've noticed that people cant figure out a good deal, but they just buy the expensive one instead, weather its good or not
