Headlight Motor Issue

The driver side motor on my '79 just goes Round and Round, doesn't stop. I am thinking it is a switch within the motor. Any ideas? Thanks

Remove relay held in place by rubber boot on side of headlight motor. Disconnect harness connector. Carefully open up relay by removing shell and inspect contact points inside relay to see if corroded or pitted, sticking together? Clean contact points with light sandpaper until high spots are removed and any arc marks are removed and point faces look shiny. Rinse with electrical contact cleaner, let dry. Plug back into harness connector and turn headlights on then off. What happens now?

GSLSEforme - You nailed it, thanks so much. Removed, opened relay. I then sanded the contact points with an emery board (Tight fit) and headlight motor works perfectly. 30 minute job, followed by very bumpy test drive. Thanks again
