i love it. its probably the best "bang for the buck" sport compact out there at the moment.
Nürburgring lap time
8:22.85 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Turbo (2008)

its the fastest fwd time on street tires. the mazdaspeed 3 posted an 8:35, but it was not a pro driver.

Miatas get great gas mileage, are decent in the winter, and are much more modern/comfy than a FB.

Three reasons I have a miata for my DD. Plus, is a convertible!

I am an architecture student. Therefore I have to carry around a giant portfolio wherever I go. It fits almost perfectly in the rear of the FB, but I can't see it fitting anywhere in a Miata.

Ford Escort GT, hatchback 2 door, 1.8L miata engine. Definately under $2500. I miss mine, sold it and the kid totalled it.

i think the FB is bigger, but once you take the spare out of the miata's trunk its decently sized

MK3 VW Jetta. the 2.0 slow is great on mpg for how big of a car it is. I average 32mpg and they are fairly cheap. stay away from honda's they get stolen way too easily.
