A few pics of my "kids"

Spend a few hours detailing my 83 GS the "Panda FB" this weekend, and also gave the 83 S T2 project a quick wash. Decided to take a few shots of both and figured I'd post a few of them. The T2 project still needs some work before its really "done" but I have put 12 miles on it so far and it runs pretty damn good. Anyway, here are the pics...

Very nice clean rx's, but we need some engine shots of the T2. And is that a third rx that I see in the background of the fourth picture?
|
I always have a heart for black cars....
|
They look nice. Should be Hatchi FB instead of Panda FB LOL. sa7, looks like an F-body back there
|
can't wait to see them in person!
then we can have a progression of a black car to a white car in three steps..hahah it would look like the black is melting off and all you have is white! |

Excellent photographs Sean. Your 7's are a fantastic pair. You live (and drive) in beautiful surroundings.
|
Thanks guys! and Hachi FB does have a certain ring to it might have to try that out ;) LOL
You guys are close with the car in the background it is an F-body, but not a TA, its a 88 IROC. My 82 TA is around the bend more behind that shed, along with my 91 NA FC, so technically you guys all sort of got it right LOL Thanks Mickster! Yea its beautiful out in my area of NJ, the rest of the state is a mess, but its still kinda rural out here, really nice roads to drive on. I've posted a couple shots of my T2 engine in my build thread which is here: https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/project-83-s-restoration-t2-swap-update-624258/ If you don't want to go through all the pages here is a shot of the engine, nothing special to look at although i have cleaned it up a bit since this pic.... https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.p...0&d=1208657132 |
hmm 116 views only 7 replies? Shameless bump :D

i am a huge fan of the two tone look!!!
|
i'm not crazy on the two-tones, but love that black one...really nice :)
|
Thanks guys, I painted them both myself so I apprecate it! As for the two tone, I still like it, but i do have plans to repaint it at some point over the next couple years to a dark blue....
|
Thats all? I was expecting more than that.
|

The interiors on both cars are black, I can get pics of them later if you guys want. The interior on the turbo is still missing a few things though.... |
you forget we all go nuts for pics even if its not done yet
|
Both cars look great. I'd love to see pictures of all your sports cars together... or maybe just all the seven's together, It sounds like you've got quite a collection of sports cars though.

Ok here are some interior shots. The first two are the Panda, the second 2 are the turbo, and the last is a shot of the T2 engine.
Both cars have the same seats, from a S5 GTU/Coupe. Momo steering wheels/hubs with spacers. They also have pretty much the same autometer cobalt gauges too, with exception of the boost gauge in the T2... At some point I would like to get a shot of all my cars together, but the Trans am and FC are both non-running future projects right now, and the Iroc is actually my Dad's.... Enjoy! |
SSSWWWEEEEEETTT!!! why have you been hiding those they look good on the outside but the interior shots are the best
|
Haha, I didn't think I was hiding them, guess I'll have to start posting pictures more ;)
Thanks for the compliments, I really like how the interiors came out too :) |
You sure do pretty work, both inside, outside, and underneath where nobody looks. Enjoy the fruits of your hard work!
