Fender flares and Group C wing

Fender flares and Group C wing too much?

Just seeing what everyone's opinion is. I think this is the second car i have ever seen with a Group C style wing and Fender flares, If you have any pictures please post them.

Looks aggressive i like it

I see nothing wrong with that setup whatsoever. Now it just needs a front spoiler to balance it out.

Jhereg 06-19-11 10:16 PM

I like it. Where did you get that wing!!! I need one bad. please pm if anyone knows/has

DarrenTRS 06-19-11 11:06 PM

want want want want want WANNNTTTT!!!!!!!!!! I've only seen 2 cars with a wing like that, Billy/Daves Re-Speed widebody and then the Garage Trick SA22C from 22C Works. One thing I remember Dave saying about that wing is that once you get over ~100 the fenders were rubbing the tires from the downforce [mind you this is the re-speed race car].

Go for it dude

Yes, the whole Group C kit is still available from shops in Australia. The price of the wing isn't that bad, Its the shipping that's going to be a problem.

Rotospeed 06-20-11 12:32 PM

Don't do it...

Unless you want your car to be awesome !

Kentetsu 06-20-11 01:03 PM

I've wanted that wing for as long as I've owned my car. One of these days....

.

Jibaro 12A 06-20-11 03:03 PM

International shipping always sucks. Got a link you could send my way?

rotarydude 06-20-11 03:59 PM

Working on a kit like the Group C one with a reputable shop here in the US more to follow soon. We already have the wing done.

Jhereg 06-20-11 10:22 PM

Post up info asap please, maybe hit them up for a group-buy option. Sounds like we've got more than a couple interested parties here.

Please don't say it's from Showcars-Bodyparts... :)

PercentSevenC 06-21-11 03:39 AM

Want. So badly.

Please keep us updated!

These are the prices i got from EZIGlass

$350.00 Front Bar
$400.00 Boot Spoiler
$360.00 Set 4 Arches

Now shipping for just the Wing to my door is $890

Kentetsu 06-21-11 01:06 PM

Isn't that the same wing that is available through Mazda Competition? I think they run about 4 bills last I heard.

rotarydude 06-21-11 01:22 PM

no it is not the showcars guys. this won't be released until it is right but it is a very very reputable company

mikeric 06-21-11 01:27 PM

Not a fan to be honest. To me it sets off the visual balance of the car.

rotordogg 06-21-11 01:37 PM

^^+1, just a little too tall for my taste.

lx_machado 06-23-11 11:09 AM

I just found out that the GTU Rear Lip Spoiler that Mariah makes will fit on a stock body FB.

$530 + shipping

The one we are working with is very similar but is not the same and we are trying to bring it in under this cost.

dbragg 06-23-11 11:37 PM

I love the look. It's very similar to the route I want to take with my SA.

Jhereg 06-25-11 12:41 PM

That look

Love it.

FIBREMAZ 07-01-11 11:32 AM

can get the group C wings easily down here in Aus and if you don't mind sea instead of Air transport could ship a fair bit cheaper particularly for multiples
