"barn find" Rather, basement find. Car was recently removed from a home in which the current owners didn't know the car was there. Previous owner of the home had placed the car in the basement and walled it in. It was found during renovations. 13k miles on the odometer. Still sits on original tires that are still retaining air...no cracks or dry rot, but a little flat spot indication. It has some bumps/bruises. Appears to have had some paintwork done on the driver's side at some point. Exterior is metallic black. Interior is mint. She runs and drives. We've gone through her to ensure that everything works as it should. All mileage was put on with a dealer plate, thus the car has never been registered. We do not have a title, but have all the information necessary to obtain one. Priced for a quick sale.

Could be possible I suppose. Neat story though. Would like to see pics of the car as it was found though. No doubt someone took pics of that.

Here's a Link (while it lasts). There are some pics of the car covered in dust in what appears to be more of a barn than a basement. My question is "if it truly was in a basement, how did the car get in there and how did he get it out".

Here's another 85 that supposedly only has 12k miles on it!

seems like its not quite a basement, but it does seem like a pretty genuine car. there are a few details you just can't fake.

Whether that's the real story or not, I definitely want to hear the rest of it. Like, if that's not the real story, why are they making it up?
