Blue FB Introduction/quick question

What's up guys?
It's been a few years since I've been on here, not that I was very active back then either. ANYWAY

I've had this blue beauty for a couple years now, and I'm getting to the point where I wanna get rid of all the emissions equipment.
I remember seeing the tutorial page for this process a while back, and went looking for it again, but every link I've been able to find doesn't work; I'm guessing the page no longer exists.
Does anyone have a working link or possibly a pdf file stored away I might be able to use? any help would be appreciated.

Welcome back R3dd - have lots of specs on the SA de-emission-ing, but nada on FB. Others will hopefully step up. Did you check the Archive section?

I wouldn't bother "de emissioning" just for the sake of doing it. It's best to just start with adding some performance parts that eliminate the real power saps like an exhaust header which negates the air pump and ACV. A couple block off plates and finish off the exhaust and you'll see a noticeable bump in power.
The rats nest and associated solenoids help keep the engine running smooth at low loads and deceleration. They aren't taking away ponies. Unless you are having issues, it's best to just leave it be until you decide to mod the carburetor or upgrade to a different intake/carb.
