Anyone know the name of these wheels

Pretty much like the title says. My dad bought these way back in the day for a rx7..they never got installed and i just recently put them on mine. Im looking to see if anyone knows what model they are or etc.. i cant seem to find another set like them..

They are made by WEds and 15x8 small 12a pattern. thats all i know. If someone could tell me..... Model/can you still buy them/value/rare??

Thanks and great site..glad i found it!

any wheel by Weds is fairly sought after and will hold value...though i can't say exactly how much.

I wouldn't say $1k is out of the question. Those are gorgeous... Wish I had them instead of my Kosei's.

I think these are copies of the older BBS rims used a lot in the European VW and Porsche scene.

They are called honeycomb rims (used the google translate from dutch to english)

They look stunning on the 7!!

wow! nice maya gold! why is this color popping up all of a sudden? more pics!

in the 80s all the wheel manufacturers had their copies of mesh wheels. it was just the trend back then and now theyve been died off.

sharp looking weds btw. very cool how its brand new and now it gives me an idea that i've been pondering about my maya gold FB with black meshies (epsilons/southern ways) that i need to repaint eventually to be gold or to leave it black.

IIRC Weds made old-skool mesh wheels very like that in several different styles. I recall there being an "Autobahn" and a "Southern Way" version, but I don't think the ones in the OP are either of those, rather unhelpfully . Sorry. Pretty sure both the ones I mentioned were bolt-together splitrims, unless there was a one-piece version of one of them. Memory fades

Thanks for all the comments and info. I cant find much info online or anywhere about the older weds wheels so i guess ill never know the model. Its not a big deal just thought id ask and see if it poped up. Thanks again.
