4x110 What are the options?

I have these great looking Konig that i like okay but really I want something wider deeper and more modern. Anyone know of anything ,I can't seem to find anything great.

Good luck finding some wheels in that pattern. I'm still looking for some for my 4x110 pattern. I'm in search of some 4x114.3 spindles from an se so I can have more options.

4x110 - Found on all RX-7's from 1979 - 1983
4x110 - Found on all RX-7's of S, GS, and GSL trim from 1984-1985
4x114.3 - Found on RX-7's of GSL-SE trim model in 1984-1985

To switch bolt pattern you can do the following:
1. Redrill the holes in your stock setup to 4x114.3 or some shops will go to a 5x114.3 if you persist.
2. Do a full GSL-SE suspension swap, as stated above, to achieve 4x114.3 pattern.
3. Do a FC front subframe swap to get a 5x114.3 pattern up front, or do a full TII brake swap from RE-Speed to achieve a 5x114.3 pattern.
4. Buy 4x110 adapters to either 4x100 or 4x114.3 depending on your preference.

Those are the main ways we address our bolt pattern on these cars.

Hope that helps,
Austin

The Konig Rewinds are the only "off the shelf" option here in the North American market. For anything larger diameter, wider, or "modern" style, you're going to have to custom order and pay the custom order price to get.

These haven't been around all that long. A few years back, Kosei K1 was the only ready-made alloy wheel available. There was a gap of over a year between the Kosei's being dropped and the Konig's becoming available.

I see a lot of fancy wheels on old school rotaries from Austrailia and New Zealand. Perhaps they have more options over there.......

ebay search "Rx7 4x110" "1st Gen Rx7 wheels" "Rx7 rims", or variations thereof. There's some stuff out there.

Konig Rewinds
Konig B-Bombs

You might be able to twist some ones arm and have them sell you a set. Check the for sale wheels section of the forum.

the RB's are nice, and actually i think they have something new too.

we've run the RB's on the race car for years, they look great and only bend when you hit stuff

Thanks Austin I'll probably do the T2 brake swap cause I'm dreaming of some 16" XXR 522's. Although the Shakotans look pretty good too.

Very limited selection on Rims with that bolt pattern. Dont understand why they did it when everyone was using 114.3 back then

The brake swap is completely worth it to those that have done it. I'm weighing my options as to doing it or not right now. Only time will tell.

Those 522's are sick though
