is this a v5 wolf

i have just bought a wolf ecu off a guy and he said it was a v5 im not sure if it is the numbers on the face of it say w3d41518 does that mean version 4

thanks buti emailed the wolf people and thet said it was a 4, which is annoying becasue the add said it was a 5
