..well they tried JSMALL's advice..It blew it up...!Sorry Guys,I got Bad News..it was a Theme that was rarely used and is being Phased out.(75 views in one month).
I hate to say it may be gone by the way side.

Ahh damn that's a shame. It wasn't hurting anybody being there lol. Surely there are hundreds of other skins to replace it with! Be a nice refresh to the forum haha
Who actually still uses Iphones? Everybody knows they're overpriced, underpowered rubbish and that Samsung and many other brands are far better

And because of that, I've never used a Droid that was as fluid and user friendly as iOS.

Frankly,I'm really surprised when I read about how someone wants the Layout of the Forum to be and yet the Forum is a FREE Site that you do not have to pay Dues,fees or any other tokens of entry to use it.
It's like going to a house party and asking the owner to change the paint in his Bathroom because you did not feel comfortable going for a **** after eating up all of his appetizers!
I'd just be glad that I was accepted as a guest and able to inhabit another ones home.
Maybe that analogy is a little Extreme but It's not the color of the Background that holds the Info..it's the Site itself That offers the Members the help they need....and Since they have always tried to keep the Sections alive and easy to access,I wouldn't be wondering how they could possibly Try to save a couple of their dollars mind you, on some "extra unused cyber tech",I'd be thanking stars that the Informational FREE Car Tech is still there to be had!

chill with the 'free' sales pitch, this forum wouldn't have half the members if it wasn't free... and its not the site that offers the members the help they need, it's the other members that offer the help others need

If the site was not here then the members would not be here and all this "I need a colored page or else" would not be here!!
The Site has enticed a GREAT group of members that share their triumphs and woes and that is the best that you can ask for honestly...all other **** is gravy.
This place could be an Island and it would be a Paradise!
You gotta love the people around you,..and when you like the friends around you then the "free help" is just instinct.I tend to give a lot and try not to ask for anything..That's the way I am.

nope, just tired of the same old 'its free' reply when a member asks about something

point being, the guy asked about the blue colored form and he gets the "you shouldn't be asking for anything because the website is free" reply. I am pretty sure IB is making money off this forum and all the members help make that happen. If IB is not making money, they need new marketing and sales people.

^ Exactly this. Was curious if it was a glitch or what. It takes 2 minutes to add a new skin to a forum anyway.. There are plenty of free skins about also. At least on the forums I used to admin a while back. First impressions are based on the way somebody looks. Same thing goes for websites! 
You don't have to change every setting on Androids if you don't want to either! Haha. My phone even has a "simple" layout for those that can't get their heads around the already straightforward layout

I was informed that they chose to phase it out due to lack of usage.
Since they want to save some money where they can that tends to dictate what the Forum can look like and how they choose to operate it.
Vendor Fees are a big supplement to the operation and it's not the average member that creates revenue..BUT if that member buys off the Vendor then it creates a lasting account and a better chance for the Forum to survive.
If you really have some expertise or opinions to express to IB then they can be contacted by the links provided on the home page.
I only act as a GO between for IB and the Members so I can't help with any technical aspects of the Forum..only the operation aspect of the Forum.
I don't get paid to do anything on the Site,so..ya..I'm FREE too..
