I ordered a full kit a month ago, and have received and installed them. the bolt / socket / stack of washer system is BS though. I made more washer pringles than I can ever eat, so I did what any adult would do, I bought more tools.
I now own a 10 ton shop press, and lemme tell ya! Made this process a dream! I also bought a quickjack, as I was tired of spending half the day getting the car in the air.
the quick jack is my new favourite garage tool. lifts 7000lbs, and is portable.
some of the best $$ I have spent on tools!
in and out with press in less than 10 minutes!
this is the amateur method, and also would not even budge the original bushings.

Has anyone ordered Pillow Ball recently as I've been waiting weeks as people above have said without any responses. Just seems very poor customer service and starting to feel I might be swindled.

Yes I did which was why I asked the question. They are clearly still being sold online through the J-Auto website and I couldn't find a more appropriate thread to ask people for advice on. Have I broken the rules by doing so??
Being in the UK it is hard to contact Juan and I have tried emailing, Facebook and now on here.
Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

I need these as well. So basically, these and genuine Mazda pillow ***** are the ONLY options on this planet for ALL FD's owners?! I find that hard to believe since apparently it is a common wear and tear issue...
Am I mistaken here?

I don't know anything about these or where they get them. But something else for you to look into.

I'll check those out.
Question: Regarding clunking, besides the 6 pillowball bushings, do the 2 rear track control bushings usually need to be replaced as well? Powerflex sells them..
