You will need to pull out on the actuator rod with vise grips to engage the WG lever once you do this.

I thought later BNRs came with an adjustable (threaded) rod end that will let you achieve the same effect.

The next step would be to adapt a high pressure actuator from a WRX or EVO to fit this setup. And it wouldn't be too hard to do.
I would like to thank you for the pics you sent during the build which helped us to make the power we did. Knowing Joe (Balljoint) and what a great guy he is I bet he feels the same.

Unfortunately, I could only find a Mustang dyno that was close by and had available dyno time. The owners of the dyno stated that their Mustang dyno was generally 11% from a Dynojet close by. With some of their customers testing back to back on both their Mustang dyno and the other Dynojet.

The car is running non-sequential BNR stage 3's with a peak boost of 20.5psi which drops off to 19psi toward redline. I'm also running wannaspeed's pre-turbo water/meth injection. The rest of my mods are in my signature. It really is incredible what these BNR's can do when you push them to their limit. I'm sure the pre-turbo water/meth injection helped out as well.

On the first run the car made 408rwhp but lost the ignition signal around 3,800 rpm. On the second run the car made 406rwhp. The dyno chart below is from that second run. With the 11% correction for Dynojet numbers this would be 452rwhp. I know this is a very unscientific way of claiming a HP record but I'm more then impressed with 408rwhp on a Mustang dyno and I'm sure the numbers would be vastly improved on a Dynojet. I'll try to find a available Dynojet to get the real numbers but in the mean time here is my dyno sheet and some video (sorry for the quality) from the dyno.

Thread resurrection....

Apparently someone is claiming the new "North American" twins record.

I don't believe 490 to the wheels on a stock based twin manifold for a second.

Check out the link. Seems legit when you look at the dyno sheet at 13.99 lbs of boost on pump gas vs what it made at 26 lbs of boost on E85. I'm really surprised that stock frame twins that are less potent than Brian's old stage 3's actually made more power turned up- alot more power. Stock ports? If that's legit, than a large street port should pull past 500 rwhp, unless I'm somehow missing something.

But this looks like a new record for twins.

You can't eat if you can't ****. Meaning: whatever magic one might do to the compressor side of those turbos, the manifolding and hotsides themselves are so convuluted and small I do not believe for a moment that they'd support those 490 numbers, let alone 500 horsepower to the wheels all while not dropping any boost as is a trademark of choked hybrids.
