Offset for 6.5" wide rims?

Hello! I recently purchased a set of rims I would like to use for my FC. They are 16" diameter and 6.5" wide with a high positive offset. I need to measure them due to conflicting website data. Tires are in new condition at 205/50zr16.

I have red the fc3spro wheel fitment guide, but it does not mention 6.5" width.

What do you guys recommend for an offset/spacer adapters to push these out to the edge of the factory fenders?

I measured the offset, and they are +55. I ordered a set of 38mm spacers, which should leave the final offset at +17. I turned the lug nuts out 1.5 inches and set the wheel against them to get an idea for fitment. I'll measure and order the front spacers after the rear arrive.

So, the spacers arrived and they are a perfect fitment! The bubble from the tire lines up exactly with the inside of the fender lip at the top.

Testing the front out. Tire slightly rubs the strut spring, so it will need some spacing. Without any spacing, the bubble on the tire almost lines up with the inside of the fender lip at the top. This doesn't make any sense!

I reinstall the original 16x7 t2 wheel with 205/55r16 and the tire sticks out from the fender. Do all fc's come with the front tires sticking out and the rears sunk in? Is there any reasoning/performance behind this?
