I have an '86 FC, stock springs, stock height,.. Mainly street use, but I do like some hard driving
I was looking to get these wheels JR WHEELS JR-3 16? | JDMDistro - Buy JDM Parts Online Worldwide Shipping
they are 16x8 with an offset of +25 all around, will these fit properly? rubbing, clearance? I'm willing to roll my fenders but want to avoid spacers or coils (for now)
my other option is going same wheels but 17'
F) 17x8 +33
R) 17x8 +33 or 17x9 +25

Kinda following on from what Sudowoodo has asked above. Just to be clear, I'm not planning to do this anytime soon. I won't have near enough power to warrant that much rubber on the ground!! 
The top time attack teams in Aus all run on Yokohama A050 in 295/35(or 30)/18 all around. It's basically the control tyre for WTAC. Obviously the cars that these teams run are modified in amazing ways so for them it's no big deal.
Now, lets say someone wanted to run those tyres, but didn't have a big bucket of cash to get it done. So, what 18x10.5 (being in the middle of that size tyres recommended fitment) rims offset is going to work and what fenders will need to be fitted?
RPF1s come in 18x10.5 +15 for one, maybe?
The Lucky 7 Racing FC posted several pages back seems to come real close with I think 275's all around on fairly low offset rims. It appears to have panspeed overs on top of over fenders! Haha!

I could run 285/30/18s with 18X10.5s with my setup.
You will need 10.5 inch wheels with around 25mm of offset, and some spacers to make it work. The problem will be in the front. You need coil overs with a lot of tire clearance, or you will need fenders wider than 30mm and will need more less offset (lower numerically) in front.
With a rear over fender, and a slightly wider front fender I could run 295/30/18 all around.

Personally, I'm planning to stick with a pretty mild 255's all around to start with. Although I will think about it. It would be pretty sweet!
I always come back to RPF1's though cause I've always been a fan of them. Just not sure they'll suit the task really... I just want them!
They only come in 18x10.5 +15.

Would 16x9 +35 fit with 255/50s on a stock body fc with coilovers? I'm looking for a good square setup for autocross. I read a few pages back that you guys could fit 245s on 9" wide rims with +20 or +30 with a spacer.

Camber in the front is maxed out on the tophat (well maxed out with the bolts in the factory holes for the camberplate) and I havent touched the rear camber yet. I have the adjustable bar from battleversion but I left those at stock length. Overall from the past couple of days on driving with the fortune auto coilovers they feel really good, left it at factory settings for now and theyre about the same ride quality as the factory suspension but I am running 10k in the front and 7k in the rear so going over dips on the road at highspeeds do get a little bumpy. Anyways heres the pictures.

Thanks! Took me wayyy too long to get the car on the road lol. Totally my fault tho but I really like how it turned out.
Well I havent tried any other brands before but i did notice that if I didnt max out the camber my tires in the front would have been poking out alot on my stock fenders.
I havent actually looked, but if my +35 clear my coilovers your +20s will definitely clear. But you might have to roll and possibly pull your fenders if youre going to run the 5 mill spacers and 255's.
