SAFC with MSD 2-step problem
I have the NEO in my s5 TII right now. And i recently put in a MSD 2-step. But for the 2 step to work correctly, I had to wire in 2 solenoids to cut out the trailing coils when activated. So when I activate the 2-step I lose my stock RPM gauge, and the RPM gauge on the NEO becasue the trailing coils shut off.
Will this effect the tuning on the NEO? It does not display the RPM in digital or analog at all. So will it still read RPM and make tuning adjustments when it gets to those RPM?
Can I wire the RPM signal wire from the SAFC to another area, like the tach output on the 6al? or does it need to read it from the ECU?
