Although I don't have one, I did a little looking around for you and think you can find it at Apexi USA's website. Just scroll down the menu at the left. Hope this helps out and is what you were looking for.

They don't have the S-AFC II manual in English on their website.

Are you sure, because if you scroll to the bottom of that list, under Discontinued Items it shows "S-AFC (Gen 1) Manual" which would lead me to believe that the manual listed further above is the S-AFC 2. Anyhow I don't know, lol....I don't have one.

I installed my S-AFC II via the manual on apexi's website...working well as far as I can tell.

The S-AFC model they have listed, is the 2nd generation S-AFC, using the same name as the first gen S-AFC, the first gen was a **** based, the second gen is the digital common one found for about $200, and the third (S-AFC II) is the $400 one.

The manual for the button-based SAFC is different than the joystick based SAFC2, i just need to know what the remaining four wires are for

Thanks

RED - Ignition Power

GREEN - RPM signal

BROWN - Ground Wire closer to ECU

BLACK - Ground Wire farther from ECU than brown wire

PURPLE - Knock Sensor

GREY- Throttle position sensor

YELLOW - Air Flow Signal wire going to ECU

WHITE - Air Flow Signal from AFM/Pressure Sensor

When I installed mine I had some wires left over, I am under the impression that its for different airflow inputs for other cars than ours. The above wires were all I hooked up on my 87 TII. The rest I covered and left alone.

The unit seems to be functioning very well, follow the wiring diagram for the first gen S-AFC as they are the same, as well as the instructions to set it up. Hope that helps.

Good luck.

Dan

There is a link on the Apex'i website for the S-AFC II manual, but numerous attempts to download it on different computers has only gotten me a big PDF file of blank pages.

i have the Safc manual in PDF form... it's not blank. I actually just DL'ed it from Apexi's web site. it may help that i use a mac, but you should be able to DL it whenever you want.

if anyone still needs it, PM your Email and I'll send it. it's only 978kb

or go hereHERE

hope that helps,

TR

Haha i just got one with only Japanese instructions too. I wonder why all the figures on the unit itself are in English, seems like that would be really annoying if i was Japanese and didnt know any English.
