I can help here.

Masterpower make two turbine trim configuration in there large frame turbos. one is comparable to gt42 82/68mm and the other a gt45 88/78mm. with 1.22 and 1.05 t4 flange housing options

They are available with a three compressor options. 67mm 70mm and 76mm.

The cataloged sizes are pretty restricted with the G42 67mm 1.22a/r and G45 70mm with 1.05 only.
But luckily they have been able to send us custom high flowed versions on request, this means that both the g42 and g45 are available with the 1000hp 76mm compressor option.

you can check here for more details.
