Progress Continues....
Ok well back on track. Got my engine out and on a stand. come to find out my passenger side motor mount was shot in which lowered that side. Replaced with a set of solid mounts. although i havent put engine back in yet (actually started stripping the bay down to get painted... ) also i got in on the definded vmount group buy and got that installed last night just to mock things up. (very well disigned and engineered kit) the only problem now is to get it all to fit. the kit is designed to be about an inch from the oem theromstat housing (dont have one anymore) and my new manifold sits about 6 inchs forward from that. Also my wastegate is in the front too. so it also will have conflict with my radiator hose, inlet and mounting. (that too will have to be either lowered or moved forward.) ill mock up my front bumper to see how much room i have to play with and or am able to trim) (also im getting a oem 99 bumper this weekend) im looking for some ideas and some input as to what and how i can get my vmount to work. i was thinking of cutting off the upper core support bar where the latch attaches and running a set of hood pins. then that runs in to not having the upper mounting locations for the vmount and front bumper. (can the front bumper just be able to mount and be secured by the fenders) the car is not my daily its more of a toy so occasional track and street use. thanks

california summers are mild compared to many other states. in vegas it's well over 100 for weeks at a time with spikes in humidity to boot. in florida it could be 85* but with 20% humidity you're sweating as soon as you leave your house. hell i almost miss the northern california valley sun, even when it was 118* in shade you could bet it would cool off in a day or 2 and it was always a total dry heat.
a/c mainly just causes problems on high horsepower rotaries, princess. it is a pressure cooker of an engine after all and they almost always have cooling issues without severe ducting modifications.
