M2 ECU Question

I am ready for a ECU upgrade I like the M2 ECU my question is my car is a 94 and there are so many 93 M2 ECU for sale does it matter if I use one from a 93 will it hurt anything or not function properly?

M2 Just dropped thier price on Remapps. 695 with your ECU. before you spend 500 bucks on a used one. Get yours done so you know it will work right.
