411 HP dyno sheet on stock twin turbos!
411.51 Max HP, 386.03 Max Torque dyno sheet picture attached. I finally got my car to the dyno to do 3 power pulls. Same tune and setup I ran at the track 2 weeks ago when I ran 10.87 @ 128.90. This is a big improvement in numbers compared to last time I was on the dyno 2.5 years ago running about the same amount of boost, but this time with my rebuilt motor from www.rotaryrebuildstore.com and other improvements to my setup, still non sequential stock turbos.
For the 2nd run I turned down the boost a tad bit only 2% on the electronic boost controller, made a few less hp, 3rd run I turned it up a tad more than the first run an extra 2%, and made 411hp. Peak boost hit on the electronic boost controller was 22.9 psi, that's the boost spike when full boost hits then it drops to around 20 and slowly down a little more as I was watching it on the boost gauge. HP held up above and around 400 for a good bit through the rpm range so that is pretty nice.

Notice the little fan, bigger fan might have been nice, also didn't take advantage as much having my custom cold air intake air filters in the bumper where air could have been blowing on them like when running at the track.

Thanks. See my mods link in my signature in the first post. With the right mods a couple others and I have been running this much boost for years, I turn it down when its hot out and it probably decreases their life span but I never worried about that because they are cheap and not too hard to find.

Thanks! That is nice to hear. Last time on the dyno it made 372 and the time before that 342 all with high boost on the stock turbos. I was very pleased to see all my work dialing in the setup and trying to get more out of it over the past few years has made a big difference and great results!

Because at that boost level you'll make about 100 more rwhp with an optimized single turbo setup..... and because (for those of us who like to road race) you can run those boost levels lap after lap, without melting the turbo(s)

Here are some of the mods from my mods list. Power FC, PLX R-500 Wideband, KGParts.com Kit C fuel system, 550s in stock primary rail & 1680s in Keiths top feed rail, aeromotive fpr & electrical fp gauge in car, RX7.com Cosmo/Supra fuel pump, rewired fp, greddy profec b-spec 2 boost controller. Apexi 3 bar map sensor. PFC datalogit. Fast reacting ait sensor in the greddy elbow.
How much boost did you run though, cause I know with mine every little bit of boost makes a difference, I think mostly up to around 18 every little bit makes a significant difference and above that it seems like a little but not alot.

I am thankful for this forum and all the members who have helped me along the way, all my knowledge has only come from reading and learning everything on this forum, never had any close friends with rx7's or anyone really show me in person what to do or how to do it.

Well I did replace them a couple months ago, the set that was in there were working good but I found excessive shaft play and figured I would replace them, since they are alot cheaper than getting bnr's or a single, and I can make decent power with them. I had it all apart because I was putting heat reflective tape on the lower intake manifold so it was no big deal to replace them. That set was put in when I had to get my engine rebuilt 1.5 years ago and the turbos had broken apex seal damage. And that set replaced my original stock turbos that started blowing oil I think and had too much shaft play, that's when I went non sequential about 3 years ago. So ya I've been through a few sets of stock turbos lol, but hey still alot less expensive than the alternatives, paid about $200 for each set in good shape.
