It's a link to the classifieds. It's just that a lot of the guys here at the west section have seen the car/seen me working on the car. I've put endless hours and dollars into this car. But I know that mods =/= value. So I'm selling for what it's worth stock.

As for the reason: It's not very practical especially since I'll be driving my DD (2006 Highlander) to school. This would just be sitting in my driveway to rust. I need someone to give it some TLC! You guys might see me with it at Sevenstock if I don't sell it by then!

I luv the look of it even though it needs alil paint touch up im sure, its got a interesting look with the rims n hood.....buuuut I like interior lol... and the engine has 140k miles w/no rebuild?

For smog, you'd have to find a pretty lenient place. I'm sure it will pass with a stock exhaust system (I have some parts.) but as for visual, it will not pass. I'm not going to suggest anyone to do anything illegal, but there are ways to get cars smogged without any hassle. I've never done any of those "under the table" things because I bought this car almost stock, but I know it's possible. I really can't do anything about the gutted interior. That's how I bought the car and that's how it is. I got pulled over twice in this car and neither cop said anything about my gutted interior or smog.

gutted interior isn't bad. as long as you have gauges and a seat its all good

ps you need pedals and a steering wheel too

 

noooo rocky! your selling your car? that sucks. if i were you, id just keep the car, just drive it every now and then or just make it a track car. i only put under 1500 miles a year on my 7.

 

it's the insurance that kills it for me. As for the interior. I still have most of the front except for the carpets. Door panels and console is almost complete.
