Whups, the ad says it's "Special Black metallic," Would that be Beat Black?

Knock 60% off the asking price and I'll buy it.

Its worth the reserve and more. That things been really pampered and out of the weather. I ought to know I lived in PA for almost 20 years with my SA and have some rust to prove it.

Yes DD, that is Beat Black. Colour code E6. It is kind of a translucent black that changes colour from a dark grey similar to tornado silver, K8, to a full black. I've been planning on painting my FB that colour for a while but I'm afraid that since I'm not up to taking the motor out and doing the engine bay that I'd be wasting my time.

Mike! PRAY the guy sells it at $12K - can you imagine what that would make your Beauties worth!

a limited in that condition is well worth 12k. I wouldn't be suprised if it goes for 15k

Wow, that is an extremely clean car. I wish mine looked that nice, but on the other hand, I'd probably be afraid to drive it if it did

beautiful car but !@K is high for a 7 with 64K on teh odometer. maybe if the mileage was 6400, i coud see the asking price a little more clearly. my 80 LS has 61K miles on it, maybe i shoud ask 8K for it? nice car though, very very beautiful car!

It is very nice, but overpriced. If you read the fine print it says the top surfaces have been re clearcoated. I suspect that along with the rustproofed underside is what makes it look so wet and clean. Sure is nice though. I wouldn't kick her out of my garage.

Banzai - Good eye on the re-clearcoating. Actually, now that you mention it, I noticed that the "Unleaded Fuel" decal over the fuel filler door is missing, so this car may have had some paint work done. Still looks darn good though
