One of the weirdest FD rear "conversions" I have ever seen

I dont even know what to say, came across this when looking for a photo of the stock tail lights. Dual exhaust too.

WOW. well the hatch is discusting, tails look goofy, and that hump between the mufflers needs to go. But I dont think it clashes with the overall lines of the fd too bad. hmm

could be worse, body work looks good, the car has classic body lines so i understand where the builder was going with this.

Kinda reminds me of the Daytona Coupe without the spoiler. Looks well executed in the picture....but suspect the dual exhaust and gas filler are just for looks.
It's not my taste either, but the nausea factor must be generational. I see FDs in body kits all the time that look MUCH worse.

Very 1960's Jaguar/Aston/Fiat. Not bad looking, but not for an FD that has one of the best rear end designs ever in it's own right.

Perhaps Ferrari 575 GTZ and Alfa Romeo Giulietta SZ Coda Tronca inspired, with the gas-cap design cue from a Ferrari 166 MM Touring Le Mans Berlinetta ?
