high pitch whistling sound under boost / revving

ok so theres a shop near by whenever they build crazy 20bs they have the same whistling noise, and i love the sound of it, but NOBODY Knows what it is or where its comin from.. heres a video with a FC with the same noise, and one of the local FD's

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_j2jM...e=channel_page

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn9Ob...om=PL&index=12

now my question is..anybody know what causes that? I LOVE THE SOUND OF IT! haha.. and im buying another FC today with hybrid turbo / microtech etc. and would like it to make the same noises, going to be my daily while my 1JZ vvti FD swap gets finished.. sorry if this is in the wrong section, but this only happens with aftermarket single turbos from what i have seen

I don't feel like watching the videos but I'll put money that it's the anti surge housing causing it. Not anything really new...

nope, it's those inserts you can buy from autozone that install in your muffler tip.....

Sounds like those long tubes you swung around as a kid that made those funny whistling sounds..

No it is called the Amemiya "pee por" flywheel. Cusco makes his clutches I am pretty sure and somebody designs the flywheel for him to make that sound.

oh yeah i heard about this clutch, it decreases the leading and trailing split and causes air to cavitate and cause the whistling sound as it passes thru the exhaust valves on the rotor housings...and then the crankshaft journals open

Weirdos. It is the flywheel, an original Amemiya item. I have a video of a FC with three rotor triple turbo, and the flywheel

That car jingles when you push the clutch in whistles and roars when you rev and the fuel pump is buzzing as well.

Yea I know some guy that has some amemiya stuff on his car and it makes the same noise..we figured it was the dolphin exhaust because the fc2000 makes the same noise, but a flywheel? bizarre..
