TN Update from A-Spec today

One of the guys at A-Spec called today with some bad news, it will be a few more weeks before my kit is ready. He said that Garrett has been slow supplying the GT35r turbos and has slowed up several kits (mine being one of them). Does anybody have a sound clip of a FD single turbo running through the gears? I can listen to this while I sit in my car or better yet put the projector in the garage and play some footage of Deals Gap.

Thanks Goodfella, after further thought it would probably only make me mad. But I would love to see some vids. I guess i will have to get the RE5 out of storage for a few weeks, I get almost as many strange looks on that as I do my FD.

Honeywell-Garrett has thier priority for the military at the moment. i know they make APU's for SH60s and all kinds of other stuff. trust me, we are waiting for parts from the military from them as well.

Thanks for the info Davin. I have no problem waiting due to military contracts. They will always get the nod from me.

That spin was more of an annoyance factor of 8, but the the pucker factor was a 7 when I lost it at the big sweeper at a 105 mph during practice.
