i was thinking about cutting out all the plastic bits from my stock bumper in front of the radiator. anyone done this and have it turn out nicely. i've seen some crappy jobs done before. who's done it nicely?

If you are doing it for a fmic setup then take your time. It would look stupid if you were doing it just to do it. But in any case. I spent about 2 hours on mine... making it really clean and rounding the cut off edges rounded w/ several types of bits.

yea if i can ever get some extra material i'll make mine fit just right( at the ends) and sell it to you allen.
