I think those guys in PR need to invest in some newer cars before somethin bad happens. hate to say it but those chassis are beyond their limits. Still will be cool to see one of those starlets get in the 6s though. Good luck to them all.
chassis
Those chassis are well built......
its cuz in P.R. we use "cojones" to drive these "little matchbox" cars. ever seen one of those "matchbox" cars up close? extremely well built and engineered. thats why the aussies are lately sending their stuff to p.r. to be built.
Maybe I was a little shook up watching adriana get side ways at the top end. I no they know what they're doing, I just hope that one day they deside to move on. We all know how much they love the old cars. I love them too. Anyway, I hope they send brent back home with a big L.
7.2 Starlet?
The only STARLET here in the USA that ran a 7.2 is LA OTRA(grey in color)and is from FLORIDA,are you the owner, tunner, engine builder?I own one too but isnt finished yet.I know that the STARLET was up for sale a couple of months ago and that someone from phily was interested in it.Is that you?

Some of those cars are running the latest advancements when it comes to their chassis. You can spend an easy $100K+ on a well built starlet chassis with all the bells & whistles, but the problem is the 90" WB and aerodynamics. Both instances where Adriana got sideways on the deep end was because of driver error.. The driver took a peep at the score board because he felt he did run and wanted to see the time.
We called BS a few weeks ago when someone mentioned something about space age stuff, but those things are real & they do exsist for a selected few.
Gaby Chassis is the man when it comes to tuning & setting up race car chassis's.. You guys would be very surprise who is running a Gaby tuned chassis, but yet the credit goes to another "chassis builder". Puerto Rico is very divided when it comes to race car tech, it's a real shame it has to be that way.

I know the tuner is based here in PA and the car is always testing in NJ but i could be wrong. Maybe its from FL but spent a few months here in PA getting dialed in..
at 86 lbs of boost do you think anything will last forever
I think he has done very well with what he got.. 6.8's on a 4cly factory block & head ain't no walk in the park... Many guys dream of doing that, but Brent is living it

I wasnt saying it would last for ever, but it seemed like for a while there he was breaking every other race.
