TPS at100% all the time when logging.

I just got the Rtek 2.1 ecu back. It say that I had an error on TPS. It said that it was Narrow? When logging the TPS is at 100% all the time and it does not drop. Could I have been running rich all this time? Do I need a new TPS. I had spliced the three cables and extended it when I used my NA wire harness on a JDM 13bt. I have a N333 if that even matters. Please help....Thanks in advance...

Measure the voltage at the ECU to confirm. Sounds like its shorted, bad or wired wrong

Does that mean that the TPS sensor works but just wired wrong. Also can I use my NA TPS on the Turbo motor?

One single solitary volt dc as seen in the free and online FSM for the series four car. Fuel and Emission Section. Read it someday.

Engine should be HOT and idling when it reads one vdc.

That one volt dc equates to 20* on the Palm at idle.

TPS has little to zippity as far as running rich. Closer to zippity dooh dah.

Last time I looked, the ECU defaults the TPS signal to 100* when there is a FAILURE.

If you have the stage 2.1, the program tells you what is should be in the idle tab of the ECU Setup screen.
