I don't know what kinda budget is this cuz it looks expensive to me. Only if i wouldn't of have spend all my time smoking pot in school i could have learned something.
You have to embrace the pot; it will help you learn.

hey nate, hows the build comin' along man? I'm extremely interested in this engine, and its very sad to not hear any updates for so long.. lol
+1!
Encore! Encore!
Wait a second... You have pretty much full access to a CNC shop. This sparks a idea. You need another housing, rotor, and intermediate iron. Anyone have detailed specs of a 20b e-shaft?
But really. I want to see this project continue more. It's looking so good already.

Sorry, but it could be a while before I am able to finish the car. I've been out of a job since June with no unemployment benefits. I've been working on finishing up the interior, I will try and get some pics of that up soon.

Just remember a Formula 1 engine only makes about 250 ft lbs of torque! You don't need low end power if you are geared to take advantage of high end power.
Nate, my fabrication skills don't match up to yours, but I felt bold enough to start a build thread in the fabrication section. I must say, you are a hard act to follow. I'll take sloppy seconds... this time.
This is clearly the only 18 page thread that I have read from end to end!
Many of you salivated throughout the stages of this build as though it were your own. Captivating and Inspiring within one breath. I could clearly read that many of you were perched at the very edges of your seats. Waiting for the next bit of news from a novice giving us all a lesson in the possibilities. I myself couldn't help but to be inspired. Inspired by the patience and determination by someone from a generation I once thought to be lost. The beauty in man is always one of surprise. I have to admit, surprised I am.
Reading on as logic and reason came into question. I couldn't help but to smile as many of our fellow members encouraged this young dreamer throughout his vision. Which was also a lesson in unity. Something not seen much these days. Not to mention those fellow Xers who came forth with helpful suggestions in the hopes of sincere help. Steadfast in his convictions, this young dreamer pushed on. Pushed on in a way that bought many men together on one idea, one thought, and one vision. this is truly inspiration at it's best.
I don't want to go too far into my thoughts but in ending I will say this. Not only this young dreamer, but many of you have inspired me throughout this thread. This was clearly a killer build. I think a tear rolled down my face when I heard it start up. Lol.... then on the other-hand, many of you continue to surprise me. And in that surprise I find hope. To have witnessed this I am proud. I am also thankful of the multitude of help that has pour in since i bought my first RX two weeks ago. If you ask me, all of you rock. the name of this thread should have been titled "A Plethora of Beauty".
First of all, if you watch tv for 5 hours straight, you have a problem. Second of all, if you watch a 4 hour documentary about Nazis and conclude that Nazis are cool, you have a problem.

Kids nasty on the machines. I was wondering what was up with his build. i wanted to ask him a few questions b/c were only a couple hours away from each other
