332 or 333 ECU ?

Is one better than the other ? I have not had a chance to pull mine out and send it off for the 2.1 yet but I was just curious if I should try to get the better of the 2 depending on what's in my car.

1987 Turbo II. Atkins stage 2 street port w/3mm seals. 60-1 turbo,FMIC,dual pumps,720cc/1680cc,Power FC with Banzai harness. Steve Kan tuned @ 17 psi 352RWHP/296 torque.
