New Firmware Question

Yesterday I updated from Q to the latest firmware Y4 I believe. I'm running MSnS etc etc. Now my car runs like total crap. I went through setting by setting and checked everything, but I didn't notice anything that had changed. I mean we are talking billows of black smoke, the engine sounds terrible, and the wideband is reading dead rich all the time. When I lean out the fuel, the car quits running, but the O2 is still reading rich.

Normally I would assume this was timing issues, but I can't find anything in there that had changed at all. Is there some new setting that isn't in the old firmware that I'm missing somehow? I am hesitant to go back to the old firmware, due to previous firmware experiences on other devices.

If you post your MSQ (zipped), we can open it to check your settings. Also, it would help to know exactly what your setup is. ie: ms1, v2.2, error's daughter card, 029y4.

You got it exactly right with your speculations: I'm running MS1 v2.2 firmware 29y4 msns extra. No daughterboard.

I can't post my msq atm because I'm at work. I noticed a lot of changes between my old v29q firmware and the new one in the CAS settings. However, I reset everything back to how it should be. I don't know what I'm missing so I guess the MSQ would help, wouldn't it. I was kind of hoping someone else had run into the same problem with the upgrade and would be able to pinpoint it right away.
