324 Horsepower + 259 torque Dyno, Rtek 2.0

I bought a new turbo setup from Driftedfc3s and I had it dynoed just a couple of days ago. T61 turbo, T4 .84 hotside running 11-12 psi boost. I have to look at my timing chart but I think I have the timing down around 24 degrees at 95-100% load from I think 5500 rpms and up. I don't know what happened to the AFR logs on the dyno, but my logs show mid 11's for AFR's. They told me it was probably there sniffer acting funny. I still have enough fuel, I think 10psi fuel map is only +5-7% and 12psi is @ +10% max.

Rtek 2.0, Greddy 4x720's, rewired Walbro, Aeromotive FPR, Greddy FMIC, HKS log manifold, Tial 38mm wastegate with 8 psi spring, Greddy Profec B spec II.

Temps where around 60 degrees and humidity was around 50%.

Highest horsepwer recorded was 324 and highest torque was 259. I don't know if there is anymore with the stock AFM and I'm having a hard time tuning my timing. I can't wait until the 2.1 is done! It should make it easier to adjust timing.

I was previously running a BNR Stage 1 @10-11 psi making 297 horsepower.

Nice! Is that on stock ports? Did you run 12.7@111 with the old setup?

Yes this it with the stock ports and the 12.7@111 was with the old setup.

I ran that setup for a long time. Broken 2 rears and a halfshaft. So I upgraded to a KAAZ 1.5 way, but still running the stock axles. Next spring I'll be upgrading them also.

I'll be going to the track soon to test the new setup.

Awesome! I'll be shooting for similar numbers(to your old setup)...
TO4b hybrid, large front mount, Rtek 2.1, 680 primaries & 800cc Secondaries.

Are the rear ends that weak? Think you'll hit 11's? Also, where'd you get that scoop?

Naw there not that weak. The first one just kinda stopped acting like a LSD (150,000 miles) and just end up doing one wheels peals. The second used one I kinda grenaded along with a axle launching in the "groove" at the track around 5500 RPM.

I don't think I'll hit 11's, but I'm hoping for low 12's @ 114-116.

The RE Amemiya hood scoop cap I got from a group buy on TeamFC3S.org a few years ago.

I want to correct what I said about the fuel. The max for 10psi is +3% and +8.5 at 12psi for fuel correction.

When I get the chance I'll post up a couple of logs. There not the best. Down low in the RPM's its really rich.

I'm using the 550/550 preset, but using 720's.

how does running 720's at 550 preset during closed loop affect afr's?
I mean, during closed loop it thinks it has 550's so you get bad gas milage + low afr's? Are you monitering egt's at all?

im running 550/720 preset with 750/1000cc injectors with no closed loop problems. the ecu compensates for it, i still get 14.7 afr at cruise

The fuel correction wasn't to much different. Every car is different though. I know I spent a good hour or so driving around and getting some logs in when I first got the 2.0. I used the 550/550 presets also with the BNR.

I looked through the logs again and the duty cycles are over 95%.

I might be going with some 1000's here in a little bit also.

I'm trying to figure out how to convert my wideband input so I can understand it on the comp. I had it set before, but when I upgraded it won't let be input.

I think the AFM is maxed out. All the logs show 34lbs, but don't go any higher.

Nice #'s, was the dyno log rpm off? It show's you making a run way past the rev limiter.

that is weird. my afm maxes out at only 26 lbs, with me holding the flapper open all the way. unless the "airflow" logs are not a direct measure of the afm??

and i cant get the atp input to show correctly in the newest plviewer either. the older version works fine, but the d/c numbers are all off

Not directly from the flapper. ATP and intake temp is factored in to calculate the air mass value.
