It is a 10 gallon.

 

Glad I asked. Im thinking of getting the 12 gallon but based on your set-up, it may take up the entire trunk.

 

Yeah, it fills up fast. The 10 gallon is 17x17x9.

I installed a 16 gallon in the GLC. It's like an RX-3.

The first pic is the fuel cell right after I modified the sender to work with the stock fuel guage.


Here's the fuel cell installed in the spare tire well.

wow, lots of nice set-up. thanks all. now its decision time. Turbo or no turbo in my 75 RX-3, I need to get a fuel cell as it will cost more to get the orig tank clean and re-seal.

 

SO in order to fill up one must pop the trunk open? Seems like a pos, but then again me lazy! lol

 

It's a small price to pay for one hell of a ride.


I would definitely have to say turbo all the way wackyracer.

 

I got all the parts already to go turbo except Im cant make up my mind on which car to do it on. 73, 75 or 1st gen (about 50% since its heavier and stable on top end). Too many choices gives me a headache

 

just junk it girl! its the best advice i can give you. i'm sure you've heard of this one before

 

Do it on the 75 and give me your 73. hehe.

 

It will be on the 73...I lost interest on the FB. It will be at Rene after Sevenstock for turbo header and exhaust. Then I will do the rest, da ol skul way.
