Question Anyone replaced the LED's in the PFC Commander?

So, has anyone replaced the LED's in the PFC Commander? In every picture I've seen, the Commander has a green back-lit LCD and green back-lit buttons.

I know it's possible to swap out LED's on cell phones and other electronics, so I'm sure it's possible to do on a PFC Commander.

Here is what it COULD look like with red LED's (photoshopped):

So, has anyone done this? If so, is there a write up?

Try and find a place that customizes cellphones - they should be able to swap out the leds for a different color for you. Those LED's are tiny, I have all the right equipment and I couldn't solder them on an old phone, ruined the phone and a bunch of LEDS

It's not solder...

The blue change wasn't an LED swap, but rather an EL panel that they used.

The LEDs on the display are secured with an epoxy. The problem is that you are probably going to destroy things trying to remove that epoxy and replace them. I've tried (or rather, someone much more qualified than I).

I'm still determined to do it, but how will be the change.

Additionally...
