Toyota starlet with 13bt

Hello guys, i have a Toyota Starlet. i dont have an Rx-7 car but i do have its 91 13bt engine transmition, ecu, the hole shabang.. For those who dont know what that car is, you can check it out on Street fire.net...
Anyway i have no clue about these Rotory Engines(Yeah i know, i should shoot myself)but before i do my research and get to know more about them, i need to build this Engine-transmition bench were i can actually start it before installing it into the car. Does anybody heard or know if it actually excits where i can buy it from? i dont want to spend time on welding stuff when theres a company out there were i can just buy one on there. and does anyone know who sells stock parts for this motor?
i would appriciate some help, this stuff is all new to me
