Question spark plug problem!!! help!!!!

OK I've done a search on the forum, the web,and my chiltons diagram isnt worth the paper it was printed on!!
I need to know what the plug positions are in my 87 n/a,I think my mech. screwed up and put 'em in the wrong spots!!!! Everyone keeps telling me that the leadings are on the bottom and trailings on top. When I trace my wires the leading wires are going to the 2 plugs on the left and the trailing are going to the 2 on the right. Is that right?? Basically what I need to know is, if I'm facing the engine looking at the plugs, which one is which?? Is the bottom left hole for leading1 and the bottom right leading2,ect,ect,....

this is the way its setup now~> L1~>O O<~T1
L2~>O O<~T2

P.S.- NODE IF U READ THIS,MY COMP. ATE THE PIX U SENT ME,THATS Y THIS IS POSTED!!

Your mechanic sounds careless. Even if he is not familiar with rotaries, he should have labeleed everything.
