Rtek 2.0 boost/AFR question

Alright, I have the 2.0 installed and a wideband.

Haven't really had time to mess with the car for awhile and now that I'm getting some time to mess with it...I need you guys to clear me up on the afr's that the stock map on this setup should be. My mods are in my sig.

Alright in neutral and anytime I'm not boosting (up to about ~3500rpm) my afr's are reading between 14.5 and 15.0 which I've been told is normal. My next question....and what has me concerned....I've only run up to about ~3lbs of boost slowly easing into it...and my afr's only drop to about 13.9-14.2. Should it be this lean with boost? I'm a complete n00b to how the map is layed out on the 2.0 (i'm a n00b to boost vs. afr period). So should the afr drop gradually as boost increases...or is it suppose to drop to a "safer" level as soon as any boost comes on?

The only # I ever hear for "safe" boost levels is low 11's (with stock turbo running ~10-12 lbs). Should I be seeing low 11's at 3lbs or boost or does the high 13's sound right so far? If this is so...what afr's should I be seeing at ~5lbs or ~8lbs of boost?

Pretty much I just want somebody to explain to me what SHOULD be happening as boost increases.

well im not an expert, however you dont need low 11's at 3lbs of boost. although mysetup is vastly different, i run a 14ish flat to mid-high 13's on my t04s for the first few #'s, nothing near 11's though

yea, I wouldn't think that I would need 11's at 3lbs....but I've read so much misinformation, that I'd like to get some more definitive answers and see what the #'s should be at different boost levels...not just what the #'s should be at WOT at full boost.

3psi is barely anything. It's not a "oh we're in boost, start dumping fuel" thing. And it's not a "We're 1 psi of boost, we need to run 11:1" thing either. Its a gradual thing. I don't even think you are in open loop at that point. The AF will vary depending on load. Log the widband, rpm, and boost. Go to third or fourth and gradually go from 0% thorttle to 100% throttle. You should see the A/F be gradual, but my jump at the point you go open loop.
