any have sony clie P-710n?

I just got one but I can't get my pc to reconize it..anyone can help me? My rtek2.0 is coming and I need this problem fixed.

Thanx to mike (turbo2ltr) we were able to get mines to work.
Just use the serial port cable you buy from them and it will instantly work. Appranetly the update for windows to reconize it is if your trying to sync thru USB.
